The Match Lake
Roach ,Rudd and bream to double figures, carp to mid doubles, tench to about 5lb and perch. The Match lake offers great fishing for the Match or pleasure angler.Comfortable swims 30 in all ,nice gradual sloping banks with a depth of 6-8ft at 11m dropping to a mid lake depth of 12ft, Can be very weedy in mid summer but this spring we have added a harmless dye to both lakes that cuts off the sunlight and stops the weed growth also protecting fish from predators. Check match diary for Sunday matches before turning up.

Direction for visitors
- For the Match lake turn into the 2nd entrance on the left (Just after Brick Lane)
- For the Large specimen lake take the 1st left up Brick Lane and the car park is situated on your right hand side.
- Both lakes are day ticket waters with the Large Specimen lake allowing night fishing. when allowed Tickets can be purchased from toilet/shop a simple self service system,you fill in the ticket and put payment in envelope provided through
- letter box ,keeping the large section of ticket ,dont forget all tickets are worth £1-00 when used to purchase items from on site shop, card payments accepted in shop or bank
